I’ve built a website for a couple that are real estate agents in the Berkshires. For their home page I’ve used the title tag, “Berkshires Real Estate.” Their site ranks very well under these terms: 1. berkshires real estate, 2. berkshires realtors, 3. berkshires estate, 4.berkshires real estate agents.

That being said, on their home page I do list the word, “REMAX.”. I list this maybe twice in complete sentences.

My question is how would I get their site to also rank under the phrase of, “REMAX Agents”?

I can’t fit remax in the title tag along with Berkshires Real Estate, or this could be seen as spamming.

I am trying to find article directories that relate to ONLY real estate. I have found a few by searching Google, MSN and Yahoo.
I’ve searched for the keyword phrases of: real estate article directory, real estate article directories, submit real estate article and used a few times ” ” marks.

Any other suggestions in helping me find at least 25 real estate article directories?

I’ve built a site for my parents and it ranks very well under terms such as berkshires listings, berkshires realtors, berkshires real estate and the berkshires. These are all keyword phrases I feel are approciate for their berkshires real estate business.

Does anyone have a list or know where I can get a list of Article Directories that relate to ONLY real estate? They must also have their own different IP address. I am not looking for directories that offer all types of categories, but rather just relate to real estate. Also, how would I go about checking for article directories on Google that just relate to real estate and have own IP address?
