If it doesn’t have to be Real Estate directories, look for local directories first as it may help you capture a more local niche audience.

You have probably heard that backlinks can help get your pages to the top. This being true, recipricol links will not hurt you either. Just make sure that all the links are relevant links and have to do with your sites content.
There is a free toll at called the backlink builder. This tool will help you find backlinks and recipricol links that are relevent. There are also more tools that you can use to help you on your way.
